demonstrate what was published at a specific moment\u2014<\/span><b>is not defined as a qualified service under the eIDAS Regulation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><b>\u26a0\ufe0f There is currently no specific qualified service in European regulation for certifying web content<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This does not mean that this type of evidence <\/span><b>has no legal validity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but simply that <\/span><b>it is not part of the qualified services defined by European regulation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9\"><p><b>Qualified plus certificate is not the same as a qualified certification.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is where confusion usually appears\u2026 and often where a bit of <em>marketing spin<\/em> comes in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You may find services whose commercial messaging suggests that their web content certification is \u201cqualified\u201d, creating the impression that it has a higher legal status.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But in reality, it does not work that way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When a company provides qualified electronic signature and qualified time-stamping services, and also offers digital content certification services, it simply uses its own qualified services to sign the certificate and add a qualified time stamp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under the eIDAS Regulation, what can be qualified is the electronic signature, the electronic seal, or the time stamp \u2014 not the certification of web content.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><b><i>\u26a0\ufe0f What is qualified is the signature or the time stamp, not the certificate.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The difference with SaveTheProof is that the qualified signature and
