Once again, it was an honor for SaveTheProof to participate as an official sponsor of the DETCON 2025 Private Detectives Congress, organized by the Col·legi Oficial de Detectius Privats de Catalunya and held on May 30th and 31st—an essential event in the private investigation sector.

Àngels Solà, coach and facilitator at Ascoaching.es, used “The orange metaphor” to highlight the importance of collaboration, empathy, communication, and teamwork in professional settings.

🤖 AI in your daily life: a practical approach.

Marco Isoni and Enric García, an excellent tandem of digital law expert and engineer, clearly explained how to make the most of ChatGPT—from how to interact with AI to creating your own GPTs.

⚖️ Legal implications and challenges. The other side of AI.

María Gili, senior lawyer specializing in AI and digital law, concluded the May 30th sessions by addressing the impact of AI on fundamental rights and data protection, emphasizing the need for legal safeguards.

👩‍⚖️👨‍⚖️ Lights and shadows of the latest procedural efficiency reforms.

Sonia Fernández and Jaume Aso, court representatives from Procurador.cat, kicked off the second day—after DETCON’s traditional churros and chocolate breakfast—by updating us on digitalization reforms and their impact on the admissibility of evidence and the role of the private detective.

🛡️ Cybersecure Detectives.

Selva Orejón, CEO of Onbranding, a great communicator in cybersecurity and loyal supporter of SaveTheProof, shared valuable digital security tips that we applied on the spot. She highlighted the growing challenges in this field and proposed best practices to protect both investigations and systems.

🌐 Detectives on the Net: OSINT on Emails and Phones.

Alex Lozano and Sergi Enajas, CEO and intelligence analyst at Cibergy, delivered a highly practical and detailed session on how to legally and effectively gather information from emails and phone numbers using OSINT tools.
